We had the pleasure of sitting down to interview a couple of great candidates last Sunday, Tracey Quint who is running for Governor this year and her running mate Lt Governor candidate Ashley Strand. Tracey lives in Sioux Falls and works as an Outreach Coordinator for a local non-profit. Ashley lives in Rapid City and works in the healthcare field.
We discussed a wide range of topics in the show, everything from IM 27 to Transparency in Government, the 2nd Amendment and States Rights. It was an informative and fun conversation!

You can meet the candidates Tracey and Ashley this Saturday at the Palisades State Park for Freedom Feast, the Libertarian Party of South Dakota’s annual end of Summer BBQ. You can also meet them at the South Dakota State Fair in Huron the following week. Lt. Governor candidate Ashley Strand will be at the LPSD booth on Friday and Saturday (the 3rd & 4th) and Governor candidate Tracey Quint will be at the booth on Sunday (the 5th). There will also be a fundraiser for the candidates on September 19th at the Pizza Ranch in Tea from 5-8pm. So please stop in and enjoy some food to support their campaign.
